Great customer service! My order came damaged and they quickly sent a replacement. I just started using the products and my plants seem to be loving them. They all seem to be thriving. I love the lemony scent of the Protect spray, which made my Hoya, philodendron, and pothos leaves shine so beautifully! Will definitely be ordering again!
I've only had the kit for about two weeks. I believe it's working well
First, I’ve loved everything I’ve purchased from WTW. All products have helped my plants thrive. Super impressed. The gardening apron is high quality. Perfect weight fabric and the design is great for my needs. The repotting mat is a heavy duty item and replaced the cheap one I had. The neem oil spray and gloves are perfect for cleaning plants leaves. I really like this company.
So easy and my plants love it all!
This was an order for Mother’s Day, and I expected a real repotting mat in the bundle, not a sheet of plastic. I was excited to share the experience with her, but I felt the sheets of plastic seemed cheap compared to the quality of the product. Lesson learned.
