Refund policy
All sales are final. We the Wild does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or accidental purchase. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund or exchange for any purchase based on change of mind or accidental purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
In the event of a faulty item, evidence of damage, as well as the order number and name, must be emailed to hello@wethewild.us within 24 hours of receipt of the item for an immediate replacement. If damage occurs outside of this timeframe, please email us at hello@wethewild.us as exceptions may apply.
If the parcel is left uncollected at a pick up point resulting in a return to sender, We The Wild reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement as goods uncollected are the property of the buyer and will be considered a "change of mind".
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
In the event of a faulty item and you have requested a refund rather than replacement, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
